H22 turbo

Is there any body on here with a turbo'ed 22.
Im thinking of turboing mine just wamt to see others opinions. Cos its either i turbo the h22 on stock for now or buy a b16 again and turbo it

What do you want to know mate? I did a lot of reasearch into it a year or so ago! still tempted tbh!

Hi phil.
Im looking into it on H-T but not really getting anywhere.
How much bhp can you get from stock.
There was a bloke on CL running a H turbo but cant get hold of him atm to find out what setup it was.

I will be building another h22 for the turbo but wont be till end of next year.

300 bhp with a good tune seems a figure that keeps coming up. There is a boosted 5th gen one here who got ok results on a stock motor.

Around 300-350hp on 8 odd psi depending on condition of engine, ecu and who actually maps it! I should see the higher figure on my h22a, but when i build a new engine I will drop my a5 in and will drop the power down alot for awhile! (Im mapping mine, but if you dont know how to map but want to try, get an ecu and map on non turbo first!)
