Skimmed much?!

On second look I dunno what's going on with that head, it might be photo shopped. That button shaped thing in the foreground, bottom left, on the corner of the head surface is a skim limit indicator I think. It doesn't look like it's been touched by the skim which would suggest its only had a few thou taken off
