Cam belt - looks like its trying to slide off!

Thought I'd post a quick update in case its of use to anyone in the future...

I backed off the tension on the Kaizenspeed tensioner a bit - possibly 2 turns (i.e not much) it was a real pain to do with the engine in the car (but I guess this might depend what car your H22 is in)

Belt now seems to be running fine - runs on the outer edge of the pulleys but doesnt appear to be working its way off anymore.
