Aye check the seals in the slave first, and then check the lines, air lock or dirt ingress will cause the same symptoms. Id replace with new fluid and bleed before buying parts.

I have now and it looks fine (not that im entirely sure what i would be looking for :? )

But its dry and nothing obvious seems to be wrong.

well im gonna pick up the parts today as i can always take them back, but was gonna try just refilling and bleeding first.

If you have pulled the boot back and there's no fluid your fine. Clean around the master and check for leaks, or the carpet on the inside.

Was definitely that master, when i was taking it out i realised that it was dripping at the rubber seal inside the car. :x

Less then a years use. still, replacement was only 25 quid.
