Is there an advantage to fitting a baffled sump if you only drop 've normally. I don't do track days etc. well. Haven't thus far.

No not really, it's only needed after you reach a high level of grip, coilovers and track tyres would probably do it.

Me and drax are working on something ;)

If you continue to create alot of g force spinning out into grass youll need a baffled sump.
