Timing Belt Adjuster Bolt wont leave, HELP

Actually no, only One Installed. Well. On the bottom side i drilled an 7,5mm hole and then an 8mm Thread. I don't remeber the Bolt length, but with the Bolt in, the length of the tensioner measured from the lowest parts(without the screw head) to the original Bolt on the top( wich is pushed by the screw )was 74,5mm. Bolt head has to be really low or cut off. When i find the Pic iwill Post it
