Not necessarily. But i mean serious hot day with a perfect launch. I can get just over 6 seconds in my Type S and with all the audio in it its probably at 1350kg.

Times for my 5th (203bhp), 4th gen as it is (~207bhp), and the 4th with the new engine (277bhp) and choice of gearbox. I think 4.3 seconds is a bit generous  The numbers I used are from actual dyno printout's of these engines. The only number I have fudged is the transmission loss for the 4th gen calculations. 14% is what my 5th gen achieved on that dyno, it' also a rough average of the rest of the Ludes we took to that dyno.

TBH I think the time for my 5th is bang on 8-) .

The weight would make a big difference wih the 4g numbers tho. Yeah 4.xx is probably a bit out but it doesn't consider the difficulty with launching the extra power or the time spend on the clutch to launch it

I suppose 4.3 seconds is nice for a theoretical time. I might need to go to the drag strip at Crail . mmmm stage 5 clutch and sticky full slicks :D

What weight did you put to get that? Is that with the final drive?
