If you can move the camera around the top of the engine, and maybe give it some revs, that would help to confirm...

it is a bit tappety phil but when you listen,the noise is definately from the bottom end at pulley side.

My old fourth sounded like this when the water pump had seen better days and the auto tensioner had failed, I had the cambelt changed when I bought it, a few thousand miles later i heard a similar sound. i might even have the video recording i took somewhere ill have a look now

The garage i took the car too have the cambelt didnt changed didnt change the auto tensioner or the water pump and some how the cambelt skipped two teeth so i was told, I was very lucky!!!! as i drove the car 10 mile back home to bath and hit some VTEC on the way :/ ill se if i can find the vid

ive just spent the last few mins going through my old car photos and vids but couldnt find it :( i swear i seen it on my hdd sometime ago :/, sorry. I think that could be the issue those vids almost confirm it. fingers crossed your engines not dead and that it is your auto tensioner 8-)
