I use a Millers CFS 10/50 or 10w/60 for track work.

5w/40 is too thin at higher temps.

went and bought a a7 bottom end there. the middle main bearing was just starting to go so got it just in time, crank is good.
putting new main and rod bearings in see how this one goes also going to do a balance shaft delete on this one. wish us luck lol.
