Sleeving.
Spoken to the company thats doing my block, as i was abit confused on what was happening at that price as i thought that i was buying the sleeves along with the pistons and that. Ive now been told that they have the block, blast it, machine it, then hot dipped, bored and honed, pistons fitted and numbered. O and custom sleeves that are just as good as dartons
. I better start saving haha

Not such a bad price actually.. So far iv priced my build up for everything £2.5k but, I no an engine builder so mates rates for the build and a friend tunes his own turbo honda and he is a bit of a lege, has a 500bhp b18 so beer tokens for him to map it.
The set up / power out put im going for will be 400-450whp but the engine is being built to take up to 700bhp.. Never in my mind will I run that haha but nice to no running 400-450 will be very safe lol
Shouldn't be bad in a car that's around 600-700kg
Fancy some friendly competition when we both have out built motors

Dan your on mate. Although i still havent got my engine installe yet taking my time haha had to buy some m12 bolts to hold the engine and mount together but bought the wrong fuckers haha.
Yea the bloke told me that aswell mine could go into 700 with ease after my bottom end is all built but in all fairness 450 will be enough in a 900kg civic yeah heavier thans yours but im up for the challenge.
Phil im in colchester mate and no i dont have facebook to many argruements woth the missus lol.
