Have you looked at your rotor arm? Looked Inside your dizzy cap?
What's the resistance reading from your ht leads?

It's not something as simple as the bolt coming loose from the top of your fuel filter by any chance?

Or even blocked injectors?

Just spitballing

Never easy :/

I haven't checked the resistance, but rotor arm, distributor cap and ignition leads are brand new.

No
Or even blocked injectors?
Guys from garage told me that fuel cut off switch was blocking the injectors from time to time. The switch is bypassed at the moment.
My main concern is spark plugs. If engine is murdering them, I'll go for an engine swap asap.
I've bought H22A engine from one of the forum members. Just want to find out what the problem is before the engine swap to avoid disappointment.

Stupid idea, but are you sure you're using the correct grade of plug? Maybe swap to another brand.

If you keep getting the same one turning white, that may be a weak injector and if it's not firing, maybe the EMU is throwing a tantrum during start-up.

Another possible cause is if your valve clearances are too tight; loss of compression by them not seating correctly can cause poor starting/burn.

Well, there are too many possible reasons.
I think I should go for an engine swap first and see how it goes after.

Thanks for advices anyway Image
