I heel & toe everywhere since having a manual box put in, and I learnt to left foot brake while the lude was still an auto so I can do both when needed 8-)

sh*t myself a fair few times practising left foot braking though as your left leg is generally weaker and your prone to simply slamming the brake at first thinking its the clutch :oops:

Don't be. I've put a wide SRP pedal on the 86 and I use the side of foot technique and it's brilliant! Much easier than before. I like Lotus-style pedals.
