Pretty sure downpipe is same length on uk and jdm. Jdm has shorter cat and longer centre section, ukdm has longer cat and shorter centre section. Not sure about the bolt holes, as when i did my mani and downpipe (japspeed) i replaced the whole system too, so i now have basically a full uk setup on my jdm.

Downpipe is the same length, jdm cat is shorter, jdm centre section is longer to compensate.
I'll dig out the bolt hole alignment pics tomorrow and repost them here.

Thanks bludge brought up a jdm cat to me tonight to save taking mine off so i can drill the holes out ready an fit it straight to mine i was just confused that uk cat was longer an making me think downpipe was shorter hence it wud not reach middle section but thats great as i can now get it all ready before i fit it

No problem.
There's a slight difference in the angle of the front of the cat flange as well I think between ukdm and jdm, but that doesn't cause a problem apparently (the flexi can cope with it).
