Yeah my best buddy is a mechanic lol, it's him who's started a fire before :P

Yeah I've had all the interior trim out before, can't remember what the shifter looked like though so not sure if the prelude kit would fit. I do remember it looked like there was lard everywhere in there though! :shock: :P

thats white grease good stuff, but remember they are taking about 5 gen think an accord would be more like 4 gen shift adapter.

Haha yeah I guessed it was grease but I had a double take all the same :shock: good job it's not lard or else 11 years after rolling out the factory my car would be smelling funky

Hmm my Accord is an '01, so I'd have thought it'd be more mechanically similar to the 5G. Never had a poke around any Preludes though so wouldn't know :P

thats a shame on fleabay they do have 2 accord quickshift adapters one listed for 94 to 97 the other for 98 to 00 £30 each. yes they both look like 5 gens

Yeah I just had a look at this, not sure I'd trust the screw clamp though? Wouldn't be cool if it came off whilst driving lol. Already had the accelerator cable snap on my Golf Saturday :? Lucky I was just trying to get it started on the drive :lol:
