Speed problem again?

Ok so here goes guys.

I have a ukdm 2.3i auto 4th gen.

Anyway she runs fine but as soon as i hit the 100mph mark the revs stop going any higher and just stay the same meaning that is the top speed i can get out of the lude while in D4. I do not understand this as the top speed is surpose to be 137mph. I can put her in D3 and reach 115mph before redlining out where i then need to change to D4, but then nothing. Speed goes no higher and revs stay under 7000rpm.

What is the problem here? Any help would be great. I have changed the ecu and that did nothing, so surley it carnt be speed restricted? I just dont understand it.
