Dam....blown engine....

....s spark plug gaskets on cylinders 1 & 2. Massive puddle of oil in each spark plug hole.
I didnt replace the spark plug gaskets when changing the cover over. Might not be seated propperly.
Got to take it all off again. Take half of the chargers components off just to get the cover off. And fish out for all new valve cover gaskets again.

Mate, cut the little earthing tab off while it's off, should help to remove it next time.

No that won't help. The jackshaft is the part that gets in the way and to remove that you have to remivrvthe idler pulley bracket.
