Lude Generation

As I will be swapping my engine for the 2.3 currently sat in a Rover, I thought to myself that while the engine is out I should replace the belts.. Soo..
Timing belt (obviously) what other belts are there?
PAS?
Air Con?
..

Also, is there anything else that might be a good idea to get done while it's out?
