Skunk2 intake manifold and IACV issue

Skunk2 intake is on but the IACV is at the rear of the intake and with it plugged in it's jammed tight to the bulkhead, and I mean tight, I'm afraid any kind of hard take off could snap the connections off,
My question is If I blank of the IACV with a blanking plate, could I just put the IACV out of the way and plug it in?
Or any ideas? I have the car idling perfect now with my existing setup with the IACV coolant lines looped and it plugged in.
