Hi guys. Not sure if this is the right area to place but thought it'd be ok as it's under the bonnet.
Anyway...I've been doing a lot of work to the car recently and I came acroS's this pipe which isn't connected to anything. The other end of it goes through a sort of u shaped cooler of some sort. Definitely looks like a liquid pipe.
Here's the pic:

Is that at the front of the car? The U shaped cooler behind the front bumper like this;
<link removed due to imageshack being jobby>
Or this;
If so, that's the power steering fluid cooler.
If you still have power steering, then that should be connected in circuit.
EDIT: drokking imageshack
Try this from Lings (shows both options of oil cooler);

Number 27 or 16.

Yep...that's the one. Sorry...I should have mentioned. Yes it's the from of car and it's a 5th gen with 4ws.
Any idea what it's supposed to connect to? Or which part on that diagram it is which connects to it? I can't really make sense of it (with the arrow).
Thanks very much for the help though

nope if you look at both the large and small cooler they both have an indicator pointing at the pipe look at no12 it also has the indicator no 13 has no indicator as it fits on the other end of the pipe where its travelling to the rack
