Good afternoon, am wanting to wrap my new manifold, what's a good wrap to use? And how much would I need? Thanks

I just used generic stuff from eBay. I bought 2 rolls of it and from memory and I think I used most of it, 1 roll was not enough. I then sprayed the wrapped manifold with Thermo-Tec high temp coating to stop the wrap from flaking.
