Mine carried on smoking and smelling for around 60miles and most was in vtec freaking insane driving.
But I did go wild with the silicone spray

I have the chrome wrap I didn't think I needed the silicone spray?

aaah I see I have read all sorts on the web some say spray the pipes before others spray the wrap afterwards, but mine being chrome wrap wouldn't accept being sprayed after wrapping because of the chrome part of the wrap being proof. lol It was a mare to wrap but it looks like the wrap part is actually discolouring like its burning not the chrome part I add the wrap itself under the chrome

off ebay and not that expensive tbh but it looks as good as any of the other plain white wrap I checked the fibre count

I have 10 metres left I only used 10 metres because of the way my manifold is its not that easy to wrap I only really wanted to stop it throwing heat onto the rocker cover and upper part of the head

I want to do it before I fit my manifold, but didn't know how much I needed and best way to do it, or if it's even worthy doing it.
