Is it possible to go from a 5 speed to 6 speed

This questions plagued me for a while.
I assume it is possible to, with some clever tinkering of settings and a fair amount of leg work and elbow grease. But can you swap a 5 speed gear box to a 6 speed?
If so what else would need to be done, and how reliable could it be?
I just feel you could potentially get more out of an engine this way, instead of maxing out in 5th at (insert your top speed here)

never heard of anyone successfully doing this to a H22A...however i'm all ears if you work out something the rest of the H22 community hasn't!!

H2K swap.. However the k series transmission runs on the other side so pretty much impossible.. only thing would be custome h series box casing and gear set?
I agree they could do with another gear, ive been driving mine around for 7 months and im still going for 6th when cruzing..
But I do love the way she pulls in 5th mind, my M2b4 does about 105mph in 5th before VTEC cross over

and then it really gets a lick on..

Yeah I wanted to avoid a K Swap. Love of the H series to much.
May be a long tern project with a cheaper Lude I don't mind beating on...
There must be a way about it
