Buddy club pro spec 3 exhaust??

just a few questions, the exhaust in question is brand new,
it says 95db is that with the baffle in or out?
And has anyone any experience with this system, what do they sound like and is it worth buying?

Is this full length exhaust, manifold back? If so, I don't know anyone on here with that setup?
