So my Oem manifold/down pipe is blowing And my man who works on the car says I need a replacement. I really want a fujitsubo legalise full system but do not have the money's for it right now. I found the Greddy manifold and down pipe on eBay for 299 plus postage but I made an offer of 270 posted and he exepted. So my three questions are Is it any good? If I did buy it would most exhaust systems fit it and still give me good performance or would I have to match it with a Greddy system. Or should I just save the extra and get the legalise r manifold and then save again to get the legalise r system to go with it? All guidance and opinions welcome. Thanx in advance.

I dont know if there is much point getting just a manifold and downpipe if your keeping the rest of the standard system/ So really you need to be thinking about the whole thing from manifold to back box.
Fujitsubo is well rated and so is Greddy.
If you need just a standard manifold and downpipe then i can help as i have them both here. They are the JDM ones so might be slight upgrade if you have a uk spec car.
Follow the link for pics of the downpipe

and then you can save up for a full system

The greddy manifold/downpipe looks exactly the same to me as the mugen manifold/downpipe so by that i'd say its far better than oem, it will mate up to the cat/decat depending on what you have. Obviously a decat and full decent sized piping catback will help free up any real benefits of the upgrade. @nafemannathan has had a mugen manifold/downpipe so perhaps he can confirm if there similar.

Mugen and Fujitsubo are pretty much the same, the difference being the Mugen has a flexi on the downpipe and the Fuji has a two-piece downpipe with a ball and socket. The Greddy is similar in design to the Mugen in that it has a flexi on the downpipe, but the primaries are slightly smaller than the Mugen and Fujitsubo.
The Mugen is a nicer piece as well. It has machined billet flanges, whereas the Greddy has cast. The Mugen has cleaner welds as well.
Still the Greddy is an improvement over standard and ebay specials definitely.

The greedy is nice but still only has a 2.25 collector pipe which maybe find for your needs but a 2.5 is preferred for power

Oh also you may want to fit a engine mount insert to the front, it will stop the engine rocking that causes the flexi to snap
