Lude Generation

Was doing this on Wills lude tonight and found that cylinder 2 & 4 on the intake side, one was stuck open so much we couldn't tighten it and the other was stuck closed so much we couldn't close it

All the other valves adjusted fine, cylinder 1& 3 plus the exhaust side of cylinders 2 & 4 adjusted fine

Any ideas? Maybe timing is out? Didn't look like it had skipped a tooth. Its running like a bag of crap now

problem solved, I did the order wrong ....ffs.
