Good evening, I have been thinking about getting some ITB's instead of running my ATR inlet. Looking for some advice please or has anyone running them?

What else you doing to the motor, mines pretty extreme engine wise. Paw explained it that it's more of the cherry on top and not worth the hassle unless it's an almost must.

Thought about a k series intake?

@Merlin is running big power with an air intake with stage 2 cams, mahle's and and decent exhaust

I have got management system, am having a head rebuild and a set of cams going in the a I got of dan, I was going to put my ATR inlet with some s2000 injectors. That's when I was going to get it mapped but I liked the idea of ITB's

The atr inlet is pretty decent and keeps oem reliability.

A k series inlet is from the k series engine in the civic type r, don't think it has been done very much so not sure of gains, the mani can be had cheap but you need the adaptor plate from skunk2 I think.

I'm in the middle of fitting itb's and it's a fair bit of work for not much gain also the reliabily is all down to how well they are made and installed. The sounds pretty evil tho :)

Yeah the ATR intake is enough for me at the moment. I doubt you'd see the benefit of ITB's on a lower HP engine.
