What do people think the maximum torque a n/a fully forged h22 engine will likey produce,

Never above 200lbft. Even using a stroker kit. N/A and torque needs lots of displacement and cylinders.

So 190 ft lb is going to be hard to get out of the engine when its n/a

Why not build the wngine up as much as u can, 250bhp is easy, then stick a nitrous setup on it take it to guy at cpl and let him work his magic?
You need to spend about £8-10k to achieve 300whp, on a 95mm crank setup.
Bc do a stroker kit for 100mm crank setup and 90mm pistons i think, but youd need sleeving on, and rosko have done a 99mm crank setup using the k24 crank which is the cheaper option.

I think you can with the right build. My 4th gens engine makes just under 190lbft and as things go my engine is tame.
