Spark plugs

Hi, I'm in need of some new spark plugs as the platinum ones I have are carboned up. I only use the car for track use, can anyone recommend a set of plugs that would best suit me and where to get them from. Also what gap is required. Cheers

Spark Plugs 
You'll have to consult the manual for the gaps, I can't recall off the top of my head.

0.44 something is the gap. Cant remember if that's inches or mm, but those plugs come with the right gap anyway

1mm gap.
