What gearbox do I have?

Hi guys.

I recently acquired a manual gearbox for a h22...but the sticker which denotes what gearbox it is (u2q7, m2p4 etc) isn't on it. Is there another way (without stripping it down) to tell what it is? Or what sort of diff it has? There are some stamps (not sure if that's the correct word) on the casing around the difference housing if that helps. Will get some pictures up in a bit.

Is there a bar through the diff or can you see all the way through?

There's a bar going through. I'm presuming this means it's an open diff? Also...the chap I got it off said it was from an import 5g. I'm not 100% sure though
