saw the vid of your flapping cam belt
have a look in this topic as it has all the part numbers for oem and some aftermarket parts so could save you some cash
a good local motor factors & honda &/or ebay should get you what you need
http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/honda-p ... t%20change
p.s Blue Print is a well known aftermarket brand and most motor factors will be happy to supply.

H tune or vtec direct. Although from what I heard, if you find a cambelt kit, the tensioner isn't usually included. Replacement cambelt auto tensioner is around £100 from h tune iirc.

You should be able to get the kit from most motor factors. Eurocarparts for example, do a kit with skf tensioner bearings and gates belts, for £110 (plus they always have weekend offers on). Currently showing out of stock online, but they could probably order.
Autotensioner itself is Honda only or Honda oem part reseller like h tune etc as others have already listed.

Ok so I have purchased a Blue Print Timing belt kit - ADH27304 which contains the following:
1x Blue Print ADH27527 TIMING BELT
1x Blue Print ADH27506 BALANCE SHAFT BELT
1x Blue Print ADH27615 TIMING BELT TENSIONER BEARING (This one is just the big bearing)
1x Blue Print ADH27616 TIMING BELT TENSIONER BEARING (Bearing mounted on bracket)
1x Blue Print ADH29125 Water Pump inc. Gasket
That all cost me £252 inc VAT.
The only thing left to purchase to my knowledge? Is the timing belt auto tentioner (Honda OEM part no. 14520P13013).
Once ive purchased that is that all I need?
Ive had a look at Htune and they are selling the auto tentioner on there for £105. How much is the manual tentioner, a cheaper option? I am getting a garage to install this lot, would they know what they are doing if I was to go down the manual tentioner path?
I also saw this on amazon, anyone advise?

Manual tensioner setup is around £90 iirc. Plus you'll have belt fitment issues I believe.
Don't forget your auxiliary drive belts (alternator, Pas, ac) as they'll be coming off in order to do your cambelt.
Has yours had the balance shaft retaining bracket fitted? Maybe worth doing that as well whilst everything is apart.
Crank pulley removal tool?
As for that link you posted, once you factor in "Postage" costs...for an extra fiver you can have a genuine honda one from htune/vtec direct etc.

I've no idea on the balance Shaft retaining bracket, what does that do?
Also I would assume the garage would have a Crank pulley removal tool?
Is this a must, does anyone have one I could borrow just incase?

Crank pulley tool isn't your concern - that's why you're paying a garage! Their problem to have all the tools. In theory it's not required if they have a monster impact gun, anyway.
Manual tensioner is completely unnecessary mod on a standard engine and does cause fitment issues (which will be your problem to resolve if you are supplying the parts to the garage - see nafe's 5g thread) and a need to strip and re-check the tension after a short while. Don't bother going that route.
The retaining bracket is for the balance shaft retainer. The part numbers and info on that are in the thread I posted up that vanzep linked above (plus also see my bb4 thread).
5g's might have this fitted as standard anyway???? Anyone???? @Merlin?

Apologies...I missed the bit where lankysod mentioned the garage will be doing the work. Ignore that part then lol.
When I replaced my crank pulley I...oh never mind...there wasn't a bolt fitted lol
