M factory lsd and 5.1 final drive

Hi i no there's few threads about on one or the other but we thinking of just bitten the bullet on byeing an mfactory lsd and 5.1 final drive for are h22a eg track car.

Just looking general information on were best to by them from and what would it be like for just track based car. Pros/cons and what box be best to put them in. (We have 2 non lsd lude boxes and an euro r box that won't select reverse and no lsd in it) Just any info on it really to way up are opinions.
