So, i was looking at buying these
https://h-tune.co.uk/genuine-honda-lma- ... MvEALw_wcB

for my BB1 (as they are noisy as fook), but then remembered i use an ATR head on there - but double checked with this old thread...
http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/honda-p ... 39-10.html

and im seems i do need the 003's and not the 305's as it's not an older Prelude head.

am i correct? or have a missed something... :?

I still have a set of used lmas from an A8 head and tried them in H22a1 head and they were too short when compared with the hydraulic lmas- need a washer underneath. So you are right to be checking it out carefully.
Ive also got another A8 head(minus cams) here so can double check for you. Can get overall height dimension.
Im thinking you need the ones with the base

Yeah you need to put some washers under them, can't remember what thickness, rich Bowen posted something up on PUK about it. I ended up using some washers off a harrier

On reading this topic again - i think Drax is asking which lmas fit in the ATR (A7) head :?
I dont know which ones do but id be happy to send you some A8 lmas on approval  thats the ones without the base if that helps any.

correct :) this is for an A7 head, not a Prelude head so we need to bare that in mind.
ive already fitted A8 head LMA's thank you vanzep :) so to save risking fitting another set that maybe worn, i'd rather buy new but i just need to choose the correct set for the A7 head.

4thgenphilany idea if im correct choosing the 003's? or anyone else?

Sorry bud, to long ago to remember, I seem to remember just biting the bullet and buying them new from Honda. £180 seems to ring a bell for price!
