I thought you could still get these from Honda. Or you could try H-Tune or Lings.

Ive got most or all of the cambelt service stuff and water pump if you get stuck
some say stick with semi-synth, most say synthetic all the way and just get a decent mid price oil such as shell/petronas/manoil 10w-40 is most common but some (inc. myself) use 5w-30. folk with lots of cash can spend lots on oil - nano tech stuff being the newest thing....
i just go for frequent changes with £30-£40 for oil and filter

You'll get all of that from Honda; and, before you think of saving a tenner on eBay, you can guarantee that everything from Honda will be 100% correct.

10W-40 semi synthetic.
Plenty of places online that doesn't the cambelts and water pump parts, but also available from Honda.
You may find it cheaper to get the Honda Parts through H-Tune, it your Honda dealer isn't in the habit of giving you trade discounts...

Just to clarify as I'm also potentially after a water pump and timing belt. The h tune description mentions h22a7. Do all h series engines use the same service parts?

Ive sold my spare timing and balance belt but i have brand new water pump if you are interested.

Gates T226 is a well know and used alternative to Honda on the timing belt and available anywhere from ebay to motorfactors at around £25
