Has anyone had new baffles fitted to an exhaust?

I recently bought a used Kakimoto MegaN1 premium catback exhaust for my 4th gen BB1 but the baffles/internal pipe in the backbox have corroded away.
I feel its too good/rare to bin so was thinking it could be reworked and new baffles fitted.
So looking to see if anyone else has anyone had this done on an exhaust and if so how did it work out and rough idea of cost would be helpful. Was it worth getting it done?
The Kakimoto is your typical cannonball style N1 backbox

Any input would be appreciated. :)

Do you mean like this when I melted my sports cat into my rear silencer and caused my car a concern?

Yes Ratty - it the perforated tube that has corroded - my one will be one straight section from tip to tail and I dont know if the packing is still intact- not as complicated as what PAW did on your one. Its just a fair few chunks of corroded pipe came out when i shook the backbox :)
Might be best to get it repacked as i dont want it mega loud ;)
