What's all needed to swap a 5th gen from auto to manual.

Flywheel
Clutch
Gearbox
Brake and clutch pedals.

What else?

Isn't there a reinforcement plate for the clutch master cylinder required for a 5th gen aswell.

You can convert auto ecu to manual with a simple resistor relocation. As a bonus, you can take out two rare transistors used to trigger solenoids in auto transmission and use them for VTEC conversion/boost control conversion on another ECU.

you might also need a manual starter motor - i have one here for you ;)
