all you have to do is remove the rocker cover
if you do take off the rocker cover be careful with the bolts, they tend to snap
and then torque down when done in the right order (see the manual)
get the aftermarket one instead of the rubber honda seal

Hmm I've taken the rocker cover off twice to have a look at it and I just can't see how to do it? Does the cam retiner have to be removed?
The bible?! Jesus loved hondas too?

Dude you're not too far away and I have two wrenches that will do it if you want a lend or come up here sometime and do it, read the manual carefully though, it does say at the bottom of the page, after telling you how to unbolt and re-torque it that during undoing it you should only loosen 2 turns at a time in sequence

I've got a torque wrench bud you can borrow too - did you still need that O2 sensor?
Also have some printouts of the service manual if you wanna borrow the pages?
Or just bring it round and we'll do ours together - still not fitted mine.
