Change 4th gen Uk engine to Jap spec

My search continues for a 4th gen, wanted a JDM but a nice UK has come up.
Easy to change the engine spec?
JDM ecu in a UK car work ok?

Quite straight forward I think, you'll have to use the jap ECU and add the wiring for the knock sensor. The ECU should be fine as the're both OBD 1.

i modified my mint bb1 to a bb4
(and only paid £250 for her)
