Can i just take the cat off and weld a pipe were it was or is there sensers

They have a sensor going to them but all you need to do is bolt the wire to the chassis so it earthed

only jdm ludes have a cat temp sensor so you may not need to

I can weld bit of pipe on for nothing de cat cost 50 60 pound its only for the track pal

Much cheaper secondhand- & you can still easily unbolt the midpipe from downpipe as/when required ;)

Non-resonated straight pipes also make the exhaust note a bit odd.....
