Plugs: NGK iridium ZFR6FIX-11P or NGK PZFR6F?

hey guys, so I have a choice of plugs here. which ones are the 'right' ones please?
and is there any way to tell the age/life left in a spark plug??

i have both sets here buddy. im going to go for the iridium for a while and see how it feels. that pointy electrode's getting me all hot under the unmentionables

isnt iridium supposed to use less power to make the spark so most likely will last longer..

i 'think' its the other way round. the iridium have tiny spike electrodes so will give a more condensed spark but will last less time? i could very easily be wrong though
