Lude Generation

Hi all I'm going to be changing from the auto box, Iv got a 98 5th gen 2.2 vtec prelude. I no ill need a fly wheel, clutch kit, pressure plate bolts, flywheel bolts, manual box, shifter tower and cables

My question is do I need a 5th gen box or will a 4th gen box fit. What code box do I need??

Also do I need a prelude shifter tower and cables or will any other honda ones for?

any 4th or 5th gen manual box will fit matey you can use any code/box but the best one is the lsd one m2b4 or the u2q7 off the accord type r

Ahh right nice one thanks .. Do I need to change the shafts for the lengths for auto to manual change or is it the inner CVs as the drive shafts are being shortened and joined to others

+ will the auto starter motor fit the manual box?

manuals run an intermediate shaft along with a another which which replaces the one shaft on the auto's!

and the starters are dfifferent

So ill be needing new shafts, a starter motor, shift cables + tower, clutch kit, flywheel, flywheel and pressure plate bolts.

Is there anything els ill need?

Will I just need the half shaft and manual drive shaft or will the auto shaft fit onto the half shaft?

no it wont you need the full manual passenger side
