Iv been reading on the us forums and that say all F and H boxes are interchangeable it would be a huge pro if this is so I could use the shorter ratios

Yes man, they should be a straight swap. This is the reason an H22 can be dropped into the Accord Mk5 or the Rover 600.

Your a lege thanks buddy!!! Ill take it my flywheel and clutch will be ok??

What would be the best ratio/strength wise

One last questions but this is with the engine mounts, I'm going to retain the standard mounts but a solid rear mount and ditch the front mount for clearance do you all think this will cause many if any issues??

Flywheel and clutch will be fine.

Engine mount wise, I'm not sure - someone else might be able to help you there. Sorry man!

No problem buddy thanks for the gearbox advise!!
Will I need the h22 or F drive/half shaft

I was also thinking of updating the gearbox and engine mounts if this wil help ditching the front mount for a solid rear

Driveshafts should be the same I believe! If fitting in a lude, i'd use lude driveshafts. For you, use whatever works!

Nice one thanks; I no I'd need the H half shaft as that bolts to the block??

I think the F20b3 would be the best
