Hi lads a couple of you no Iv ordered my skunk2 IM but Iv hit some problems, basically with the engine in the polo Iv not got much clearance at all. Iv added 3" into the firewall to accommodate the IM but the standard one only just fits :/

Iv read up and Iv seen that the skunk2 is longer in length ( it will go back against the firewall more )

Is that true if so Ill be putting it up for sale when it arrives Monday/Tuesday as Iv only just got room for the standard IM

$400 including shipping and tax

Just hoping it will fit if not ill have to sell up and find a ATR

As far as I am aware the Skunk2 and ATR intake manifolds are identical, maybe perhaps slightly different on the inside. Skunk2 being the aftermarket version based on the ATR/Euro-R intake manifold.

ie the Skunk2 and ATR are the same so there would be no point in selling the Skink2 to buying the ATR.

The furthest one looks to be an H22a IM and your Skunk's obviously in the middle.

Looks a tad longer

Also you have to fit the IACV on the back of Skunk2 intake manifold (thats if its the same as the ATR). That will require more room.
