Im currently turbo'ng. My help is... Dont expect it to all bolt together with a full size rad! I just made a link pipe to move the turbo down to where the a/c compressor use to live so I can keep my full size ally rad.

Or buy a manifold that fits!! ;)

This is the revhard log manifold from the States, but there are loads of other branded similar ones out there. I have A/C and standard rad, even kept the standard rad fans. The cast iron mani does not flow as well as a tubular, but they are much less likely to crack. I'm running 316bhp with no issues what so ever.

When I was viewing to turbo mine I got a tubular manifold and a half size aluminium radiator. My plan was to turn it slightly off the slam panel to keep it away from the hot turbo and manifold and allow more room for all the pipe work.

Yeah I must admit solid fab is where its at for a custom manifolds, I am very tempted with getting one, his work is very good indeed. I've not seen any of his manifolds in person but a mate of mine has a custom 3" turbo downpipe and it is very tasty.

There is no question that a well made tubular manifold will work well, and they do look the mutt's nuts 8-) 8-)

Whilst mine isn't turbo'd, my mani is by Solid Fabs and the quality of work is fantastic.
