hello troops, how are we all?
As i said in my intro post, i'm new to hondas. Was looking to get some of you guys input. What can i do to get more power from my car? Very willing to put a few ££££'s into the car

Its the 2000 uk model 2.2 vtec vti tiptronic, everything on the car is factory from what i can tell, only thing i've done so far is get a custom exhaust system with a magnaflow backbox fitted. Any thoughts on what i should do next guys?

cheers for any input, would be much appreciated.

Ditch the chocolate box and convert it to manual transmission, thats quicker acceleration straight away (and more fun)

^ What he said. That will feel quicker than most mods under a few grand.

Only a few hundred quid for a gearbox, a weekend, lots of swearing and some bloody knuckles.

If you're gonna do it once though do it right and get a U2Q7.

If its a 2000 VTi it should be an A8 engine- so a conversion to a ATR A7 inlet manifold & a remap will really liberate some great results
