Another thread of dropping revs

A little bit different problem to the one in this topic:
http://www.ludegeneration.co.uk/honda-p ... t6707.html

In my case revs are dropping really low when I use something related to electric, like power steering, brake pedal, electric windows, sunroof etc.
It happened after my engine was fixed in garage. They told me that my alternator is sparking. I've replaced it, but nothing changed. Belts were replaced as well.
Any ideas?

Is the alternator earthed properly?

What was fixed?

Check all your earths as above, also the IACV is the device that is supposed to compensate for varying electrical loads, so could be that.
