Hahaa, yea, I may have a bi of cultural practice on that one
I did have this bumper sticker on my old redneck truck
On a serious note, I've never done the seals on a Honda but generally it is easiest to do with the engine out.

Best place I found for crank (front), balancer shaft and cam (pulley end) oil seals was Mr Honda himself. I would imagine the rear crank seal would be the same. Seals at the timing belt end can all be done without taking the engine out, though obviously belts have to come off, so dropping the block is pretty much necessary. You can prise out the cam seals and knock the new ones into place easily enough, so the camshafts don't have to come out. Might as well do the timing belt, tensioners, water pump etc while you're there with belts off. Where do you stop ...?
I believe there are various options for the single rear cam seal, though probably as well just to get that from Honda too.
Alternatively, there's a lot of stuff on amazon.com - the US site - (or even US ebay) which is a heap cheaper than anything you'll get in the UK if you can hold out for the extra week delivery time!
