Tapes up line/hoses in front of radiator?

Hi all, currently doing some work to my radiator and saw these two lines that were wrapped in electrical tape on the ends. I removed the tape from one and there appears to be a hole. Can anyone identify what these are for please?

That is the air conditioning pipes. You can remove them if you don't have the AC anymore. It's about £80 to get a new AC condenser, which is what those hoses bolt into.

Thanks mate!!! Looks like the condenser has been removed. Would like the ac especially in this heat so will get one!
