fitting new sump h22a bb4/ gasket needed/ sealant jobbie?

Hello prelude enthusiasts. I am changing the sump on my bb4 due to the drian thread being knackered. I cant find a sump gasket for a h22a anywhere. Dose any no where i can buy one from or who mite have one for sale? Can i use old gasket? If not sealant jobbie. Thanks peeps in advance.

There on eBay for £12 iirc, I got mine from a local motor factors but it was over double that price.

did you use hondabond (or similar sealant) as the book states or did you not bother? need to fit a new gasket but not got any left.

Anyone?? H22 sump gsskets are they all the same?

I bought one off that eBay listing the other day but it turned out they didn't have it in stock after all and could no longer source it - although I see the listing is still there so maybe they found some.

The same thing can be had from here for similar price. I ordered one today:

(Elring part number 864.080 ... Honda OEM equivalents: 11251-PT0-000 - 11251-P45-G00 - 11251-P0A-000)

11251P45G00 is the part number listed by Lings for UK 1993 2.2 DOHC VTEC, so should fit the H22a.

Thanks angus for reply. The sump gasket i order on ebay was out of stock so they sent me a different brand of same quality lmao. But this means finally the bb4 will be up and eunning... :-D
