sorry if this has been asked before.

i have a gen 5 f20a4. im after a cat back for it. looking at the wiki am i right in saying i can take it off a 97-98 ukdm 2.2 manual, or a 97-00 ukdm 2.2 auto. why cant they all be the same

Yes that is correct. The black sheep is the 99+ manual as many parts of its exhaust are a different size. Not to worry as the 99+ manual is the rarest UK Prelude out of the bunch and has very little off the shelf after market exhaust parts Anything on Ebay that says 97-00 when referring to manual Preludes is lies, what they really mean is 97-98.
