I will be replacing the clutch soon, on my silver bb4.
Can anyone recommend a good alignment tool that works well.
Cheers.
Tony.

Make one using a socket and extention wrapped in insulation tape to size of hole. It does not need to be 100 percent center. The shaft on the gearbox will do the main centralising.

You don't really need it. I did it without tool twice on my prelude and brothers in law civic. Both times without probs.

On the other side if you really want it imho best thing to make it from is shaft from other gearbox if you have it. Or like honda-hardy said

Some clutches come with a basic tool which I find good enough :)

The multi plastic screw together tools are crap mate. Best doing it by eye and finger feel. my clutch came with a tool which was really good.

Sam ;) youre slipping on this one :D the sexual inuendo you could have had

dont need a TOOL. you just put your FINGER in the HOLE, give it a wiggle around and feel when it is in the middle ;)
get down and have a look by eye. Then line up your Bell end (i mean bell housing  ) and slide your SHAFT in :P
you can feel when you got it right as it will slide all the way in...... oil it up and stand back to admire and as usual let it finish it's self off by turning over
